Those of us who remember LBJ’s Walter Jenkins were not surprised by the June 11 incident at Minneapolis Airport in which an undercover officer arrested yet another politician on charges of lewd conduct in a men’s room. Nor are we surprised that Senator Larry Craig is married, and that he both opposes gay sex and has it. Poor hypocrite!
Police sergeant Dave Karsnia was investigating allegations of sexual conduct in the airport toilets in June when he went into a stall. The complaint against Mr Craig claimed he moved his foot into the policeman’s stall and tapped his foot, “a signal often used by persons communicating a desire to engage in sexual conduct”. He also made hand movements. The policeman waved his badge in return.Mon hypocrite, mon frere!
